To order an item, e-mail us a reservation or submit your credit card payment online by
clicking here - Feedback Page or here for credit card
orders---> Secure Payment Page. If you are paying by
credit card please enter your credit card information in the field with your mailing and
billing address (include expiration date and the name as it appears on the card). Also
list the items that you would like to order. If the item is no longer available we will
contact you via e-mail. Please allow 1 week for delivery. Rush delivery is available
please inquire as to additional charges. We ship all items via insured priority mail with
the United States Postal Service. International orders are welcome!

Yes, Acme Toy Company and My Generation does accept credit cards as payment. We accept
most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover/Novus.

Yes, shipping is not included in the prices listed on this website. Minimum shipping is
$4.05 for packages weighing up to 2 lbs. We will add shipping to your order according to
weight and special packaging if applicable. All items are shipped via Priority Mail
Insured with the United States Postal Service. Overseas shipments that exceed the
dimensions allowable by the Post Office will be shipped via Federal Express or Yellow
Freight Carriers Inc.(For Extra Large Items such as pinball machines).
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. You have the choice of airmail or freight shipping.
We have expertise in sending packages to Japan, Europe, Australia and South America.
I just received my item and it is not what I had expected. How do I return
the item to you?
No problem! We understand that ordering through the mail or over the internet can be
difficult as you cannot view the item in person. We accept returns with no questions asked
but there are several things you must know before returning an item to us. All items must
be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned to us in the same
condition that it was when it was sent to you. If the item arrives damaged do not send it
back to us. Click here (FEEDBACK PAGE) and let us know that you
have received your item in damaged condition and we will forward you instructions. All
items are sent insured and must be presented to the postal authorities, please save all of
the original packaging and contents as the post office will need these items in order to
process your claim. The refund amount is the total price charged for the item(s), sorry we
do not refund shipping costs. Auction items are not eligible for refunds. Therefore, it is
prudent to ask questions before bidding.
